- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with their own login: crew, office or owner. Homeowners viewing a share link don't count.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Any time, from the Billing page. Changes are prorated, and canceling keeps your account working until the end of the paid period.
- Can you bring over our old jobs and photos?
- Yes. Some photo apps connect in one click, and our team moves data from other apps, Google Drive, Dropbox or folders for you. How switching works
- What if a payment fails?
- You get 7 days to update the card. Photos keep uploading the whole time, so nothing from the field is ever lost.
